Tribal Council
Twice each week a Tribal Council will be held. At this time, the contestants will place a vote - for whom they believe should be voted out of the contest. The diarist with the most votes against them will be expelled from "Diary Island." Note: A contestant who holds "Immunity" cannot be voted off.
What happens if a Tribal Council results in a tie?
- First step: Votes from all previous Tribal Councils are tallied for each tied contestant. The person with the most past votes is ousted.
- If the above results in another tie: A special jury will decide the fate of the tied contestants. This is how the jury is assembled: We determine who has the LEAST total tribal council votes. That person is on the jury. If it's a tie, all those people are on the jury. If there's an even number, go to the next least votes until you get an odd number. A new poll, with the tied contestants as the only choices, is then created and the jury are the only people able to vote. Whichever contestant, in the tie, gets the most votes is eliminated from DS3.
